Core equipment for mikrouna's solid-state battery pilot production line:
● Dry Film Forming Machine: Dry film formation not only avoids the impact of solvent residue on battery performance but also reduces material costs, making it suitable for large-scale continuous production of all-solid-state batteries.
● Lithium Metal Melting and Casting Line: Melting and casting are carried out under an inert atmosphere to ensure that lithium metal does not oxidize or corrode during processing.
● Lithium Ingot Extruder: Lithium ingots are directly extruded into thin strips or strips of electrode sheets, which are then combined with subsequent rolling processes to achieve integrated forming from raw materials to electrode sheets.
● Rolling and Composite Integrated Machine: The cast lithium strips are gradually rolled from an initial thickness of 100 micrometers to a target thickness of 30 micrometers, ensuring uniform electrode sheet thickness and tight bonding.
● Lithium Metal Cutting and Stacking Integrated Machine: This equipment has visual positioning and tension control functions, enabling simultaneous cutting and stacking of multiple electrode sheets and precise alignment with the positive electrode electrolyte membrane.
PS: All the above processes and equipment are carried out in a sealed drying oven with a dew point below -70℃!
