Stacking

●High-speed, high-precision integration: Intelligent process linkage from lithium metal anode preparation to stacking, setting a new benchmark for battery manufacturing speed.

●Lithium metal roll-pressing tab process (die-cutting tab process) + Lithium composite tape die-cutting tab process.

●Stacking: Three-material stacking process wrapped in PET film.


Tab Welding

●Highly intelligent multi-step integration, unmanned operation mode:Multiple 4-axis robots handle fully automated mode control of the entire process: Loading → Welding →Taping → Unloading.

●Precision welding: CCD visual inspection of products, precise mechanical positioning (±0.5mm accuracy), coaxial monitoring of weld mark consistency, and real-time detection of false/missed welds.

●Flexible compatibility with multi-size cells, modular quick changeover:Adaptable to multi-specification cells (Width 80~150mm, Length 200~320mm, Thickness 8~15mm) and supports multiple lithium battery material systems.

●Highly efficient and stable: Low-temperature welding (heat-affected zone <0.3 mm), throughput ≥1.5 ppm, long component service life, and lowoperating and maintenance (O&M) costs.

Sealing

●Highly intelligent multi-step integration, unmanned operation mode: One 6-axis robot and multiple 4-axis robots handle fully automated mode control of the entire process: Loading → Case Forming → Top & Side Edge Sealing → Short Circuit Testing → Pre-folding/Scanning → Applying Insulation Tape to Tabs → Vacuum High-Pressure Side Sealing → Unloading.

Core processes use circulating carriers, eliminating manual handling and ensuring consistent product quality.

●Precision case forming (punching) of aluminum laminated film:Servo-driven; for batteries of the same size, cup depth is controlled by touchscreen parameter data.

●Precision sealing: Servo-driven, sealing thickness ±10μm,temperature control accuracy +2 ℃. Adopts a rigid sealing mode to ensure sealing consistency and airtightness.

●Flexible compatibility with multi-size cells, modular quick changeover: Adaptable to multi-specification cells (Width 80~150mm, Length 200~320mm, Thickness 8~15mm) and supports multiple lithium battery material systems.

●Highly efficient stable:Low-temperature welding and technology (heat-affected zone <0.3mm), capacity ≥1.5ppm,long lifespan of key components, and low maintenance costs.
