Sealing
●Highly intelligent multi-step integration, unmanned operation mode: One 6-axis robot and multiple 4-axis robots handle fully automated mode control of the entire process: Loading → Case Forming → Top & Side Edge Sealing → Short Circuit Testing → Pre-folding/Scanning → Applying Insulation Tape to Tabs → Vacuum High-Pressure Side Sealing → Unloading.
●Core processes use circulating carriers, eliminating manual handling and ensuring consistent product quality.
●Precision case forming (punching) of aluminum laminated film:Servo-driven; for batteries of the same size, cup depth is controlled by touchscreen parameter data.
●Precision sealing: Servo-driven, sealing thickness ±10μm,temperature control accuracy +2 ℃. Adopts a rigid sealing mode to ensure sealing consistency and airtightness.
