●This integrated welding and sealing machine for pouch cells is equipped with a magnetic levitation circular conveyor line, providing high-speed,stable transfer and precise positioning. The core uses an offline wireless fixture, with external power used for opening and closing, eliminating pipeline and cable wear, mechanical interference,and dust contamination.

●The equipment integrates a vacuum pressure-holding system. Each station can quickly connect for gas supply and pressure holding,while fixtures circulate independently in a clean manner.The overall modular layout is compact and easy to maintain.

●Welding section: Integrates the full rocess of tab pre-welding/finalwelding, tab trimming, dust removal, CCD inspection, tape application, and more.It supports high-speed production at 20 PPM. Precision welding is supported by real-time in-line CCD inspection for appearance and performance verification.

●Sealing section: Includes aluminum-laminated film forming, folding, cell insertion, multi-directional sealing, inspection, inkjet coding, code scanning,and protective film lamination,supporting mass production at 20 PPM. Precision Sealing: Servo-driven sealing with a sealing thickness tolerance of ±10 μm.

●With high-precision tansfer, contamination-free stucture, and integrated design, the equipment enables efficient production of high-quality pouch cells,with full compatibility for premium-grade applications.

●Flexible compatibility: compatible with multi-specifcation cells, with widths of 40-80 mm, lengths of 100-180 mm, and thicknesses of 5-10mm.
