This lithium battery electrode die-cutting machine is suitable for roll-fed electrode sheets with continuous coating, using a metal die for punching and forming.
The operator manually installs the electrode roll with pre -cut tabs onto the unwinding ali-expansion shaft of the equipment. The equipment automatically unwinds the roll,while the correction mechanism performs automatic web guiding during unwinding. The unwinding tension is controlled by the tension control system.
Before entering the die-cuting process, secondary correction is carried out during operation. The process then includes electrode sheet buffering, CCD surface quality inspection, and V-notch forming by metal die-cuting. The electrode sheet is then pulled by the feeding mechanism to the cutting station, where it is automatically cut into individual sheets.
The sheets are transferred by a vacuum collection belt, and dust removal is performed on both the upper and lower surfaces of the electrode sheets. The CCD inspection mechanism checks the dimensions of each sheet one by one and sorts them accordingly. Defective products are automatcally rejected into the NG material box, while qualified products are collected into the finished product box. The material box needs to be coordinated with the stacking machine supplier to ensure compatibility.
