The Mikrouna four-roll dry machine heats and presses powder into micron film without solvents, then laminates it onto Cu/Al foil and winds the finished electrode sheet in one dry process.
●Engineered for solvent-free electrode manufacturing, this 4-roll dry electrode calender provides dynamic roll temperature control and micron-level thickness uniformity (±1 μm) for solid-state battery production.
●It heats and processes dry electrode powders and binders, then calenders them through counter-rotating rolls. Hydraulic pressure forms a uniform micron-thickness film, which is then secondarily laminated onto copper or aluminum foil. The resulting double-layer film is rewound into complete battery electrodes.
